INTRODUCTION

The Club Programme, part of England Football, exists to support the future needs of the game across the league and club landscape. Our aim is to stand side by side with leagues and clubs to build a robust and sustainable league and club network with sound infrastructure, that delivers inclusive football, are pillars of your community and together helping make sure football remains fit-for-purpose and built to last..

The club programme journey starts with self-assessment that asks clubs to reflect and understand where they are now against 8 key themes. Following self-assessment all clubs will have access to their analysis in a bid to be able to start to measure their outcomes and impact.

Whilst some clubs will get access to dedicated consultant support others will still gain access to our team through our online community, digital services & resources and professional support & expertise all whilst developing a club strategic plan, so you can grow your club your way.

Once part of the club programme you will always have the ability to follow your club's growth through the ability to complete additional self-assessments.
